The sale-ability of your home can involve more than money.
Think of the process from the buyer’s perspective. What can you
offer - other than price- that would make a prospect want to buy your
home? Entice buyers by offering more than they expect. Throw in the washer
and dryer (you’ll probably be buying new ones for your new place
anyway.) Be flexible about the moving date - this is often a sticking
point in negotiations. See yourself not as an adversary, but a partner
of the buyer and chances are, you’ll both get what you want from
the transaction. The decision to buy or sell land can be complicated.
