I have strong ties to the Salida and Southern Colorado communities. I have worked as a Property Manager in Southern Colorado since 1984, and continue to manage my own rental properties. I began working part-time in the Salida area in 1988, and became a homeowner in Salida in 1995. Since 1995 I have been both a community and church volunteer in Salida. In 2000, I purchased a ranch in Chaffee County, a portion of which I subsequently subdivided. In 2002, I became part owner of a real estate development in Chaffee County, Eagle Moon Ranch. When I moved to Salida full time in 2003, I preformed the work necessary to get subdivision approval, and installation of the infrastructure, for the development.
Prior to becoming a real estate broker, I worked as an attorney in Pueblo, Colorado for twenty-one years. I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Colorado in 1979, and my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1982. After moving to Salida full time in 2003, I became the Deputy Municipal Court Judge for the City of Salida. Having been all over the State of Colorado, I can think of no better place for my son to grow up than this beautiful mountain community .
My experience in purchasing, selling, developing and managing real estate over the last 22 years, along with my prior legal experience, has given me the back round to effectively assist you in all of your real estate needs.
